I am sore

I was so proud of myself when I woke up yesterday and wasn't sore...yeah that changed pretty quickly. By noon I was slightly sore, by the evening I hurt. This morning I had issues holding Brennan while we walked into the Dr's office for his vaccine. Carlos is supposed to work out with me tonight with the Shred, and I had debated going to Level 2, but maybe not. I can't only imagine what p90x will do to me.
